Our Client is one of the leader in the FMCG industry, they are currently hiring a business support exeuctive to provide crucial link between various departments, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting both the digitization process and marketing activities. It requires a mix of technical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to collaborate across teams and provide valuable insights to management.
Job Details:
- Support and find the product content information from various systems, databases and google search.
- Champion digitization process & master internal systems to support requests such as content readiness reports, complete syndication requests & internal digitization requirements.
- Ensure business teams understand digitization requirements.
- Report on digitization and syndication progress and help improve processes
- Support maintenance requests to keep both B2B and B2C Product Catalogues of the company up-to-date
- Support QA efforts for product information accuracy and consistency on website and eCommerce platforms
- Assist in coordinating and executing marketing activities – consolidation of information
- Countries Progress Tracking of global deployed programs
- Provide reports to management on progress of projects and campaign
- Other administrative and marketing activities
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Business
- No Experience candidates are welcome to apply
- Strong Excel skills to analyze product data and digitize fast in utilization of global product information sourcing in an effective manner
- Good with system and proceeses.
- Strong organisational skills, self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
