About Us
Vesper Homes is a boutique Real Estate agency in Singapore. We were first established in 2014 in London and we now operate in Singapore, Hong Kong and Manchester markets under the brands Vesper Homes and Vesper Group.
We are a team of 12 in Singapore and are looking for our next colleague to join us.
We need someone who can communicate clearly and represent the clients interests.
Job Description / What You'll Learn
- Oversee checking in properties (tenants moving in)
- Oversee checking out of properties (tenants moving out)
- Defect management
- Assist with Property Management
- Lease paperwork
- Liaise and deal with different clients/agents/contractors
- Assist with day-to-day tasks
- Any other related ad-hoc assignments
