Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of servers, databases, and other IT infrastructure.
- Collaborate with team members to implement IT solutions and projects.
- Monitor system performance and security, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Document processes, procedures, and technical specifications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and environments.
