Job Description:
- Assist in food preparation (before and during operations).
- Maintain the highest standards of food service quality.
- Maintain the kitchen equipment/utensils at utmost cleanliness, and hygiene.
- Ensure freshness and quality of all menu items.
- Keep workstation and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked.
Requirements:
- Applicant with prior relevant experience will be advantagous.
- Applicant with valid food hygenie certification.
- Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
- Able to work in fast-paced F&B environment.
- A strong interest in Sushi.
- The ability to use your initiative and work in a team.
