Job Responsibilities:
- Handle all Service Quality email enquiries / complaints for ASD
- Handle compilation of ASD’s DNC request for processing
- Handles Mystery Shopping checks for Loans Specialist team
- To conduct call checks on sales teams
- In charge of all administrative duties for the team – filing/ordering of water/stationary/mailbox etc
- Assist with archiving needs for the team
- Assist with various monthly reports and decks
- Assist with invoice processing
- Conduct PC sweep / clean desk sweep / surprise drawer checks
- Other duties when required
Salary:
- $2200 + PB
Working Hours:
- Mon to Fri: 9am – 6.30pm
