Job Responsibilities

· Be responsible for all aspects of service delivery, from planning, budgeting, policy setting, execution, service level and quality.

· Build up and lead a team of robotic operators to provide services in construction or facility management sites.

· Coordinate clients, internal departments and third parties/ vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

· Identify and acquire the best available technical resources to resolve problems and issues, escalate as required, and promptly inform stakeholders.

· Develop and maintain technical documentation, including technical reports, system specifications, user manuals, technical support guides, and technical project deliverables!

· Plan and conduct regular checking, vetting, inspections, and training within SQD SG to maintain and improve project safety and quality.

· Review technical skills and standards of both SQD SG operators and technical teams for the required training of operators and technical staff to enhance service standards.

· Perform a periodical audit on quality-of-service delivery and make recommendations for improvement.

· Work closely with SQD HK Service Team to perform high-standard robotic services


Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in building/construction management or related field

· Minimum ten years of relevant experience in the industry, in which 3-5 years are gained at the supervisory level.

· Project experiences at sizable high-end construction companies or commercial properties in Singapore are highly preferred.

· Well-versed with the latest relevant building regulations and ordinances, as well as the best technical practices in the construction and property industry

· Strong knowledge of learning principles, training design and adult learning methodologies

· Proven track record in developing and delivering engaging training programs.

· Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese

· Relevant chartership in professional institutions is an advantage.

· Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
