Working Hours: 9 am - 6.30 pm
Fixed Salary with *Commission*
Responsibilities:
- Invoice Handling: Manage all invoices during the morning hours, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Document Filing: Responsible for filing and organizing personal documents efficiently.
- Retail Shelf Organization: Arrange and maintain the order of outlet shelves and items for optimal presentation.
- Stock Replenishment: Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment as needed to meet demand.
- Communication and Coordination: Liaise with retail assistants and buyers to coordinate promotions and introduce new items.
- Fair Coordination: Communicate with fair coordinators and oversee stock preparation for events.
- Stock Take: Conduct stock takes at retail outlets, ensuring accurate records of inventory.
- Management Liaison: Collaborate with retail outlets management for effective communication and coordination.
- Ad Hoc Duties: Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level qualification.
- Preferably 1 year of retail experience.
- Team player with a pleasant disposition and a customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin for effective communication.
- Physically fit and willing to travel as required.
- Immediate availability or a short notice period is preferred.
