HR and Admin Executive
Job Description
- Able to handle the full spectrum of HR function
- Able to handle all work pass applications including issuance, renewals, and cancellation
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Prepare a variety of written correspondence including staff reports, memorandum, letters, etc
- To performance Administrative/Ad-hoc duties and support the teams when assigned.
Qualifications & other Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in hr field or other related field and have at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Must be familiar with Employment Act and HR practices
- Must be familar with MOM's work pass requirements and processes and related EP & WP online systems
- Proficient in MS Office
- Able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Able to carry out assigned tasks independently with minimal supervision
- Good command of written and spoken English
