They’re now looking for a QC Executive to join their team during this exciting time.
about the job
- Perform QC for incoming material, in-process and finished products.
- Conduct performance qualification for equipment and method validation for QC assays.
- Perform QC stability tests (in-use, long-term, shipment, etc) according to GMP and regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot on product and quality issues before, during and after production.
- Maintain and clean lab equipment routinely (flow cytometer, PCR thermal cycler, etc.).
- Act as QC document controller through liaison with QA document control
- Be responsible for coordination of QC sample shipment and testing with external testing laboratories
- To support the manager in reviewing protocols/reports/SOPs and other documents assigned by the manager.
- Escalate quality and compliance risks to QC Management and QA.
job requirement
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Chemical/Biomedical), Biotechnology, Life Sciences or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
- GMP experience is a plus.
- Experienced in performing routine quality control checks
- Working knowledge in regulatory requirements pertaining to the relevant technical role.
