Job Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a comprehensive ad sales strategy to attract advertisers and agencies.
- Identify and engage potential advertising partners, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand platform capabilities and tailor advertising solutions to client needs.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently driving revenue growth.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Negotiate and finalize advertising agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in ad sales or business development within the digital advertising space.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their advertising capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
- Familiarity with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advertising best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with the SEA market (the Philippines in particular) preferred.
- Solid knowledge in web3 or blockchain would be an advantage.
