KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Assist in identifying and prospecting potential clients in the assigned market segment, territory and solution selling of specialised equipment.
  • Learn and understand the technical requirements of potential clients and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Coordinate with other teams, such as Supply Chain and Engineering, to facilitate project execution.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to enhance sales opportunities through digital outreach and solution-upselling.
  • Assist in delivering sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
  • Provide technical guidance and answer inquiries from clients regarding products and services.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotes and contracts.
  • Ensure timely and accurate issuances of invoices to clients and prompt collection of monies.
  • Participate in negotiations and contribute to closing sales deals.
  • Strive to achieve individual and team sales targets to drive business growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Support team to ensure seamless order processing and customer support.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related field.

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Good understanding of technical products and their applications.
  • Familiarity with sales software and CRM tools is a plus.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-2 years of proven experience in sales or a technical role is preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
