Responsibilities:
- Handle AP / AR functions
- Data entry in the system
- Liaise with customers & suppliers
- Answering telephone calls & inquiries
- Ensure proper filing of documents
- Assist in any other duties when required
Requirements:
- Minimum "N" level
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience
- MS Excel is essential
- Able to multi-task, set priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Able to start work within short notice preferred
- Open to Singaporean, PR and Malaysian
