We are looking for a suitably qualified individual to provide administrative and logistics support for our centralised admin, procurement and logistics department.
Responsibilities
- Support import/export shipments and local deliveries with forwarders and couriers, ensuring timely and smooth delivery
- Manage general office administrative duties such as filing and keeping proper records and other ad-hoc duties as may be assigned
- Work closely with the team members for any new projects assigned
- Must travel to visit project sites in Singapore
Requirements
- Minimum Nitec (Business Admin)
- 1-2 years of experience in the office admin, logistics, procurement, or relevant field
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Well-organised and meticulous
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player and self-motivated
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, administrative and communication skills
- Responsive, responsible, outgoing and fast learner
