Office Admin cum Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a suitably qualified individual to provide administrative and logistics support for our centralised admin, procurement and logistics department.

Responsibilities

  • Support import/export shipments and local deliveries with forwarders and couriers, ensuring timely and smooth delivery
  • Manage general office administrative duties such as filing and keeping proper records and other ad-hoc duties as may be assigned
  • Work closely with the team members for any new projects assigned
  • Must travel to visit project sites in Singapore

Requirements

  • Minimum Nitec (Business Admin)
  • 1-2 years of experience in the office admin, logistics, procurement, or relevant field
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Well-organised and meticulous
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player and self-motivated
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, administrative and communication skills
  • Responsive, responsible, outgoing and fast learner
