Job Descriptions
- Handling minor repairs, paint touch up and carpentry repair.
- Proficiency in M&E, electrical/lighting and plumbing tasks
- Identify and troubleshoot issues, implementing practical solutions.
- Communicate maintenance status and issues effectively with supervisors and colleagues.
- Undertaking ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations
- Ensure adherence to building and fire safety regulations.
- Follow established maintenance strategies and company policies to maintain a safe environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- 2 to 5 years of relevant working experiences in facilities & building maintenance.
- Basic know-hows for kitchen equipment is plus point. Training will be provided.
- ITE NITEC / Higher NITEC / GCE 'N' / 'O' Level / Diploma
- Preferably with experience in the hospitality and F&B industry
- A team player with the flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Basic skill in using Microsoft and computer literacy.
- Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
- Having knowledge of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems.
- Preferably with Class 3 Driving License for travelling to and forth various outlets in Singapore.
- Willing to work 6 days work week.
