As the APAC Partner Success Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in testing, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Chinese to support our expansion into Chinese speaking markets in APAC. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand partner needs, advocate for their success, and drive the implementation of solutions that align with both partner and company objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key partners, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Understand partners' technical requirements and work closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet their needs.
- Leverage your technical background in testing to provide insights and guidance to partners on product integration, testing methodologies, and best practices.
- Work closely with internal technical and non-technical teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with partners to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Proactively identify and address any technical or operational issues that may impact the success of the partnership.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely and effective solutions.
- Develop and deliver training programs for partners to enhance their technical capabilities and maximize the value of our products/services.
- Utilize data and analytics to track the success of partnerships, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in a technical role, with a focus on testing and quality assurance.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining successful partnerships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Willingness to travel, if necessary, to meet with partners.
