With expansion plans, they are looking to hire a Manager, Digitalisation & Ecommerce.
about the role
- Spearhead the conceptualization, development, and deployment of system/process enhancements for eCommerce and mobile platforms in the capacity of a Product Owner.
- Oversee the entire product management lifecycle, encompassing backlog administration, delivery, testing, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure that global, regional, and local project endeavors are in harmony with the overarching ONE Global Digital Commerce strategy, emphasizing end-to-end customer solutions to establish ONE as the premier global shipping partner.
- Pioneer novel concepts and strategies to enrich customer service and augment application capabilities.
- Guide the exploration of integration possibilities within the ONE framework to elevate user experience and overall functionality.
- Supervise impromptu projects related to eCommerce and corporate portal applications, contributing to customer digitization and digital service offerings.
- Collaborate across departments and manage stakeholders, encompassing internal teams, clients, executives, and external partners, to delineate and articulate precise and quantifiable product objectives.
- Harmonize product objectives with broader business aims and strategies to foster enduring success.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects and fulfill additional responsibilities as required.
skills and requirements needed
- Minimally Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science, Business or equivalent.
- Minimally 4 to 5 years of working experience in product design and management, project management, or software design and development.
- Experienced in producing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and other supporting project documentation, offering clear and succinct guidance to the engineering development team.
- Proficient in data analysis, conducting market research, and adept at interpreting metrics and user feedback.
- Possesses a profound comprehension of user needs, with the capacity to champion the user's perspective and decipher their feedback throughout the product development journey.
- Demonstrates exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, showcasing proficiency in connecting with diverse stakeholders and fostering effective collaboration.
- Exhibits leadership and teamwork prowess, capable of motivating and inspiring team members.
- Able to pinpoint challenges, propose innovative solutions, and steer the team toward achieving objectives.
- Certifications such as SCRUM Product Owner (CSPO) or Project Management, coupled with an understanding of technical aspects and development methodologies, will be advantageous.
- Industry experience and expertise in eCommerce, mobile, or CRM will be beneficial.
