Service professional who is looking to grow your career in Field Servicing. You will be based in Singapore and be responsible for commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of balancing & moment weighing equipment at our customers’ sites.
Responsibilities in this role:
· Perform on-site installation, calibration, repair, and preventative maintenance.
· Provide technical assistance and other duties assigned by supervisor/engineer.
· Complete required documentation for service activities such as field service, in house balancing, repairs, and calibration reports in a timely manner.
· Follow all company’s field/calibration procedures and protocols diligently.
· Communicate with relevant departments to resolve technical issues and take responsibility for completing all follow-up actions required.
· Carry out in-house demonstration and balancing jobs/samples for customers
· Ensure all in-field activities are carried out safely and following company Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) guidelines and procedures.
Requirements for this role:
· A proven track record of working in a Field Service position plus ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service industrial equipment.
· Able to interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
· Knowledge of PLC & automation will be an added advantage
· Competent in MS Office suite.
· Good written and verbal English skills.
· Ability to work and communicate with multicultural partners.
· Willing to travel within Asia, especially to Johor.
· Able to work independently, keen to learn new skills and be a team player.
· Must possess a valid class 2 and/or 3 driving licenses
