Job Description:
- The trainee will be undergoing a structured training program which includes training in F&B outlets to gain knowledge and experience in running an F&B outlet.
- The Trainee will also be rotating to different company departments to learn all company functions, policies and understand how a company operates.
- The trainee will support the deparment managers with various tasks and take on projects as and when required.
- The Trainee will be assigned to support the F&B outlet operations as and when required.
- The trainee will report to the CEO & General Manager from Japan and make recommendations to improve the company performance, which invloves preparing reports in Japanese.

Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree
- Able to speak fluently and write in Japanese for the reporting to the CEO and GM from Japan
- Pro-active, team member and able to work independently with mimimum supervisor
- Possess excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Able to perfrom shift work and work on weekends during attachment to the F&B outlets
- Minimum 1 years experience in F&B outlet as a manager
