Job Description:

To support vertical repair for all customer probe cards in company factory following

• Knowledge on prober hands on to do probe card reshaping, all vertical repair processes
• Pin replacement
• All vertical repair processes like lapping/washing/baking etc.

1. Liaise with overseas end for any technical issues/new procedures etc.
2. Work with planners for the scheduled lead time, repairs etc.
3. Reports/trackers update for internal team
4. Support other sites if necessary
5. Any other ad hoc duties if needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronics
• Experienced in Semiconductor will be an additional advantage
• Troubleshooting & Isolation of problems
• Able to read PCB schematics
