Product Specialist [Vendor Management/ Laptops - 12 Months Contract]

Optimum Solutions (singapore) Pte Ltd

This will be 12 months contract role based in Singapore, Central.

Experience in liaising with Vendors / E-Commerce & Handling hardware products preferred.

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute category strategies, promotions and action plans to achieve sales and margin targets
  • Manage the product lifecycle, from launching of new products, to optimizing and discontinuing end of life products
  • Analyse sales data, market trends and insights, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges for your category
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to create and execute effective campaigns and promotions for your category
  • Monitor and report on the performance of your category, using various metrics and tools
  • Manage inventory of demo products


Candidate Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Consumer IT (Retail, e-Commerce) in Sales / Marketing / Category Management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel (vlookup and pivot tables), PowerPoint. More importantly, be able to analyse data
  • Proven track record of being an Independent proactive and is not one who is afraid to speak up and ask questions when in doubt
