Job Description:
- Responsible for sales of scientific, laboratory and research equipment to the Life Science Industry.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to maintain client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas through effective sales techniques and strategies.
- Conduct demonstrations and training for the research community.
- Provision of pre-sales and post-sales technical and application advice and support to customers.
- Establish and oversee customer accounts, including managing existing ones.
- Collaborate closely with various internal departments to ensure efficient follow-up and customer support.
Requirements:
- Possession of a diploma or degree in fields such as Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or any related qualification.
- Individuals at the entry level are encouraged to apply for this position.
- Individuals with strong communication skills, positive attitude and sales-driven.
- A committed team player who is enthusiastic and willing to learn.
- Candidates should possess self-motivation and be goal oriented.
