Responsibilities
- Formulate maintenance procedure and policies and facility emergency plans
- Promote good relations with the stakeholders, such as the Authority staff, Landlord(s) etc.
- Liaise and coordinate with sub-contractors and ensure their maintenance works/service deliverables are completed on time and as per contract requirements and agreed KPIs.
- Submit proposal and project management services for Addition & Alteration (A&A) works; Improvements and/or Upgrading works; or Repair and Replacement works to the building, M&E Systems and facilities as and when required by the Authority.
- Manage projects and improvement works
- Coordination and monitoring of progress on sites
Requirements
- Relevant degree / Diploma holder in Architecture or Engineering or Facilities Management or equivalent
- Min 8 years (Building and Infra Managers) or 3 years in (Facilities / Building and Infra Works Executives) relevant facilities management experience or equivalent
- Possess good leadership and organizing abilities
