Job Description
• IT Engineer to support customer storage projects , including delivery & change solution review, and major issue management.
• Plan and design storage technical solutions and communicate with customers, such as storage related backup/disaster recovery technical solution low level design, service delivery plan.
• To implement storage related solutions successfully, including but not limited to storage configuration, data migration, storage disaster solution provisioning.
• To manage storage system and support Routine maintenance operations include patch upgrades and routine changes.
Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience with Mainstream vendors in SAN storage environment
• Good experience of storage with hands on configuration experience
• Storage data migration experience
• Familiar with disaster recovery and backup solutions, and data migration solutions of storage.
• Basics understanding of OS concepts such as Windows/ Linux/Unix Systems administration (Ubuntu, CentOS, Red Hat, Solaris, AIX etc.).
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
• Strong customer focus & Multi-tasking skills
