Established eye specialist clinic looking for Clinic Assistant to join the team. No experience is required. Training and supervision will be provided.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Job scope includes:
- (At Clinic's admin office at United Square) Handle phone calls and messages from patients, appointment taking, confirming appointments.-
- Administrative and secretarial duties as assigned, including data entry, scanning and uploading of documents, filing, placing order.
- Ability to act as a personal assistant to the Directors will be a plus.
- When necessary, help out in the clinic (registration, dispensing of patients)
- Working hours: 5 - 5.5 days
