Lifecycle Marketing Manager / Marketing Automation Manager (Braze)

The Role

In this role you will be overseeing lifecycle marketing & marketing automation programs (specifically Braze) that deliver business results for the various verticals within MoneyHero Group. Our ideal candidate is comfortable shifting between developing high level strategy, helping the business grow and getting things done. With your hands-on experience in Customer acquisition & retention strategy, penchant for lateral thinking and problem solving, cross-functional collaboration skills, leadership experience and a personal ambition to nurture a high performance culture, you will play a key role in the MoneyHero Group marketing organization.


Your Task

  • Customer Journey Mapping - analyzing critical customer touch points with brands across MoneyHero Group and maximizing commercial opportunities through timely and relevant communications
  • Owning and optimizing end-to-end customer nurturing and lifecycle marketing approach from planning to execution incl. impact forecasting, prioritization, implementation, success measurement and optimization
  • Developing and implementing experimentation for all aspects of the customer lifecycle to test, learn and scale the most effective approach for growth.
  • End-to-end planning and executing campaigns across email, Whatsapp/SMS, and in-app touchpoints to drive cross-sell targets. This includes identifying suitable segments within our user base for each campaign, bundling different campaigns together where the target segment is the same, drafting compelling direct-response content, sending out the content from our database, and reporting on conversion results
  • Map out triggers and content based on user actions to build automated email workflows for welcoming, nurturing, and timely cross-sell
  • Continuously optimize automated email flows to improve performance
  • Design and conduct A/B tests for campaign optimisation and improvement
  • Track and report on campaign metrics such as open rates, CTR, and conversion, providing actionable insights and recommendation to improve on campaign performance
  • Gatekeeper of customer contact to prevent spamming from the various campaign teams; responsible for minimizing Unsubscribe rate
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in email/Whatsapp marketing and CRM.
  • Obsessing about local customer insights and tailoring messaging and distribution channels accordingly.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in managing lifecycle, cross-sell and up-sell programs.
  • Ability to both think strategically and execute tactically, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proven track record in delivering long-term customer engagement and lifetime profit growth. Strong background in customer conversion, retention and win-back strategies.
  • Deep understanding of segmentation and customer lifecycle.
  • Expert knowledge working with CRM platforms, marketing automation softwares and lifecycle communication platforms (eg Segment, Braze, etc). Experience directly working with Braze is highly preferred.
  • Strong data-driven mentality with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights to inform engagement strategies.
  • Hands-on marketer with experience juggling multiple projects and working cross-functionally in a fast-paced cross-functional environment with a great attention to detail.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with strong bias for action.
  • Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions.
