This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Support Specialist at Unocle Pte Ltd located in Singapore. The Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for managing and resolving customer issues and providing support to the sales team. They will act as the link between the sales team, customers, and suppliers, and will assist in managing customer accounts . Additionally, the Sales Support Specialist will collaborate with the sales team to develop new business opportunities and improve customer satisfaction, and may occasionally work from home.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software applications
- Fluent in written and spoken English, and proficiency in other languages is a plus
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales support or customer service roles, preferably in the technology or banking industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
- Experience in Salesforce or other customer relationship management software is a plus
