Senior / Accounts Executive
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform Data Entry
- Assist in AR/AP functions such as Billing, preparation of payments and invoicing
- Prepare bank reconciliation
- Assist in month end closing activities
- Maintain fixed asset register
- Maintain material master register
- Able to support ad-hoc assignments
- Liaise with bankers, company secretary, auditors and tax agent.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accountancy/Finance/LCCI
- Meticulous and detailed
- Proficient in MS Excel/ MS Word
- Hand-on experience with ERP Systems
- Preferably 1-3 years of relevant working experience in construction industry
- Able to take responsibility, being accountable.
- Team Player and able to work on own initiative.
- Positive attitude, communication & coordination skills
- Ability to fulfil time-critical tasks on time, keep schedules and deadlines
- Able to start immediately
- 5 days’ work week
