RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing day-to day operation of the retail store.
- Maintaining strong floor presence to ensure each customer experience is positive.
- Manage and maintain inventory levels.
- Organize CRM activities within the boutiques as per guidelines.
- Align merchandise mix to meet customers needs.
- Review and analyse store sales against budgets and team performance on KPIs.
- Support marketing in store-specific marketing campaigns.
- Manage and coach a team of retail associates.
REQUIREMENTS
- Min Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with at least 1 years at the supervisory level in the luxury retail industry.
- Possess good communication skills and sales driven.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
