Who are our residents:

In Core Collective lingo, our customers are called Residents. Personal Trainers, Chiropractors, Pilates instructors, Physiotherapists, etc. are a few examples of our residents who make up the community of health and wellness professionals.


Your impact:

In this role, you are at the core of our business and will play a pivotal part in influencing our pricing and sales strategy i.e. revenue strategy (based on industry best practices) to achieve your KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). You will be responsible for our biggest revenue driver and, through consultative selling, acquire high-value residents, as well as retain and grow our existing community of top health and wellness professionals.


You will drive strategic analysis and insights, making critical recommendations in key decisions for our business. You will also be responsible for team management and have the ability to give clear direction to your team and drive their performance so that they can achieve their KPIs and CAs (Critical Actions).


You will have the chance to work with top-of-their-field fitness, wellness, and medical professionals. You will also have a supportive and collaborative BD and Sales team who will execute your vision, and look to you for guidance and mentorship.


We need someone who is not afraid to think outside the box, shake things up, and bring their A-Game to the table!


What You’ll Be Doing:


Revenue Growth

  • Develop sales strategies that align with the company’s growth goals, by analysing market trends, customer insights, and competition
  • Negotiate complex deals and lead the Business Development team to close sales and deliver results
  • Build sales pipeline of resident leads to achieve desired conversion rates

Team Management & Administration

  • Responsible for hiring and training the business development personnel
  • Regular check-ins with the team members to ensure their performance is on track and achieve set KPIs
  • Continuously evaluate and refine sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Who you are:

  • 4+ years of proven experience in outbound and inbound sales role, with a track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Have been in a supervisory or managerial role with experience leading a team for at least 4+ years.
  • Well-rounded profile: the ability to combine business, strategy, and finance concepts to lead complex and multidimensional deals.
  • Strategic problem solver with strong business acumen and an ability to effectively lead priorities in a growing, fast-paced organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for driving growth and scaling up success
  • Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure
