HR Operations Executive

The HR Operations Executive will play a crucial role in managing and executing various HR administrative tasks and processes. This includes handling employee records, maintaining HR databases, coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding, managing attendance and leave management, and assisting in HR projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with utmost integrity.

Duration: 1 year

Location: Walkable distance from Dhoby Ghaut/ Bencoolen MRT

Working hour: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

Salary up to $4,000

Responsibilities:

  • Handle and process employee onboarding, offboarding, and transfers, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and HR-related documentation in a secure and organized manner.
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related letters, documents, and reports, such as offer letters, employment contracts, probation letters, and employee certificates.
  • Oversee the HR information system (HRIS), ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee data, and generating reports as required.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to analyze HR processes and identify areas for improvement, streamlining workflows and enhancing efficiency.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, providing timely and accurate information and guidance.
  • Creates a logical plan, realistic estimates and schedule for an activity or project segment.
  • Assist in managing employee welfare programs, ensuring employee well-being and satisfaction.
  • Participates in various internal initiatives related to process.
  • Collect and analyze HR data and generate reports on HR metrics, such as employee turnover, headcount, and training effectiveness, to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Prepare HR reports for management and HR department, highlighting key insights and trends.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree holder with at least 3 years of professional experience in HRSSC or HR Operations
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
