We are currently seeking an Administrative Executive who will primarily be responsible for data entry and tabulation of contracts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in data management.
Job Responsibilities:
· Accurately enter data from various sources into our internal systems and databases.
· Perform thorough quality checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
· Organize and maintain electronic and physical files of contracts and related documents.
· Tabulate and summarize contract details, including terms, conditions, and financial information.
· Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as needed.
· Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
· Minimum with a Diploma in any discipline with one year of administrative experience preferably.
· GCE 'O' Level or ‘N’ Level with prior administrative experience will also be considered.
· Good communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
· A team player
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
