Job Description:
* Handle sales enquiries.
* Able to communicate with client to understand their need and built rapport.
* Provide advice on space planning, design conceptualization, materials and colour scheme
specification.
* Manage project costing, preparation of quotation accordance to customer needs.
* Site Coordination and schedule the respective contractors & suppliers.
* Deliver the projects based on target time.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year experience preference.
* Sales driven, motivated and self-empowerment.
* Adobe Illustrator/ Adobe Photoshop/ Autocad/ Sketch Up.
* Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills.
* Self-motivated, responsible and team player.
* Able to liaise with NON-ENGLISH speaking client/ contractor.
