- Managed and resolve tenants' rental relief and repayment schemes requests independently during the current pandemic climate
- Worked with internal stakeholders to drive traffic and sales for tenants during the current pandemic
- Identified and analysed market segments and prospect
- Conducted market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost
- Liaised with property agents
- Maintained good relationships with tenants and prospects
- Introduced prospective tenants to types of units available and performed tours of premises
- Monitored timely receipts and reconciliation of rent collections in accordance with landlord and tenant statutes
- Complied with internal controls and policies
Requirements:
- 3 - 4 years of relevant experience in similar capacity
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
