Responsibilities:
- Manage full spectrum of Human Resource functions in recruitment, employee engagement and administration.
- Handle work pass application/renewal/cancellation and ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Manage from onboarding to offboarding process.
- Conduct orientation and exit interview.
- Manage Re-employment contract and employees’ contract renewal.
- Maintain and update employees’ personal files.
- Handle staff disciplinary, grievances, complaints, and performance improvement plan.
- Prepare monthly reports.
- Manage/support in continuous improvement HR systems and processes.
- Review HR policies and procedures.
- Provide support on ad-hoc HR related tasks/projects.
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices and regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Meticulous, committed and take initiatives.
- Well-organized and able to multi-task.
- Ability to work independently as well as a good team player.
