- Competent in full spectrum of HR duties and responsibilities.
- Oversee the HR team and implement HR initiatives including human capital, people management, talent management, succession planning, performance management, compensation and staff benefits.
- Design and structure programs, policies, and procedures to ensure existing HR practices comply with the Employment legislation.
- Liaison between Union and Management
- Manage employee relations, employee engagement activities, conflicts, and disciplinary matters.
Requirements:
- Possess Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- IHRP Certification preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of HR and administrative management experience.
- Good knowledge of MOM guidelines and Employment Laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Labour Union experience would be advantageous.
