Assistant Manager (HR)

Singapore Safety Driving Centre Ltd

  • Competent in full spectrum of HR duties and responsibilities.
  • Oversee the HR team and implement HR initiatives including human capital, people management, talent management, succession planning, performance management, compensation and staff benefits.
  • Design and structure programs, policies, and procedures to ensure existing HR practices comply with the Employment legislation.
  • Liaison between Union and Management
  • Manage employee relations, employee engagement activities, conflicts, and disciplinary matters.

Requirements:

  • Possess Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
  • IHRP Certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of HR and administrative management experience.
  • Good knowledge of MOM guidelines and Employment Laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Labour Union experience would be advantageous.
