  • Read, understand, and analyze HR processes in accordance with business rules as a subject matter expert.
  • Execute the processes accurately and in a timely manner as a hands-on processor.
  • Master the assigned processes and assist team members in resolving process-related queries.
  • Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex problems.
    Develop a logical plan, realistic estimates, and schedule for activities or project segments.
  • Train team members on process updates.
  • Ensure that process controls are in place; maintain, validate, and update process documentation as necessary to ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
  • Conduct "Root Cause Analysis" on encountered issues and propose appropriate corrective actions for current remediation and future control.
  • Propose process improvement ideas that can reduce time, improve accuracy, or enhance controls.
  • Participate in Knowledge Transfer sessions for any process/client and acquire in-depth knowledge of the process as a subject matter expert.
  • Engage in various internal initiatives related to process improvement.
  • Possess a clear understanding of the existing metrics in the process, how they are measured, and improve the measurement system to make it more effective and transparent.
  • Strategize and implement an efficient work allocation plan to optimize productivity.
    Provide valuable support to the Team Lead/Manager by delivering accurate daily statistics, reports, and MOS assistance.
  • Cultivate a cohesive team environment by promoting a shared sense of direction and a comprehensive understanding of individual responsibilities.
  • Be readily available on the work floor, proactively resolving any process-related issues that may arise.
    Actively engage in team-building initiatives to foster collaboration and enhance team dynamics.
  • Establish a rigorous QC and Audit mechanism within the process to guarantee timely delivery in accordance with SLAs.


Job Requirements:


  • Diploma or degree holder with at least 3 years of professional experience in HRSSC or HR Operations
  • Demonstrated willingness to continuously learn and adapt to changes.
