Law firm invites applications for the post of Junior Secretary / Administrative Assistant.
Applicants should possess the following requirements:
· GCE ‘O’ and ’A’ Levels, Polytechnic Diploma and above. Those with relevant experience but not the requisite paper
qualification may also apply.
· Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and Adobe Acrobat
· A good team player with good working attitude
· Good command of written and spoken English
Job Responsibilities:
· Provide efficient secretarial and administrative support
· Assisting with opening, maintenance and closing of cases
· Drafting correspondences and Court documents
· Familiar with e-Services (eLitigation / MinLaw / etc)
· Any other administrative / secretarial duties as assigned
Training is provided, so if you have no relevant experience but prepared to be trained, please submit your CV for consideration.
5-day work week.
