Join our dynamic team, at the forefront of transforming cross-border transactions in Southeast Asia. Fresh from securing a landmark $50 million in Series B funding, we are poised for rapid expansion in the region, enriching our consumer-focused YouTrip and business-oriented YouBiz products. Our ethos centers on tangible results, efficient execution, and a deep care for our customer experience. Ideal for the entrepreneurial spirit, our environment encourages initiative and offers multifaceted challenges that foster continuous growth and learning. If you’re ready to make a significant impact and evolve daily in a fast-paced setting, we invite you to be a part of our trailblazing journey.

This includes identifying market opportunities, developing a deep insight on customer needs, and setting clear objectives for the important product line. We also expect excellent execution and the ability for PMs to coordinate seamlessly with a team of Engineering/QA/Product Design colleagues (and sometimes external partners) to deliver delightful experiences in record time.

  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that communicates the vision, priorities, and progress of the product to internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to execute the roadmap and delivery high quality and impactful experience and service to our customers
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to define and execute go-to-market strategies. This includes defining product positioning, messaging, and launching new features or products.
  • Collaborate across functions in the company such as marketing, operations, finance, and other stakeholders to scale our business processes.
  • Monitor and evaluate product performance metrics to ensure the product meets business objectives and customer satisfaction. This involves setting KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), analyzing data, and making data-driven decisions to iterate and improve the product.

You have:

  • Significant experience in product management, preferably in a B2B setting, with a proven track record of successful product development and management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams with prior managerial experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for engaging with team members, stakeholders, and customers
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically to solve complex problems. This includes the ability to analyze market trends, customer data, and competitive landscape to make informed decisions.
  • A good understanding of the technology and financial products such as API design, financial transactions, and the technical challenges involved in the product development process can be beneficial, especially in the FinTech industry
  • A strong customer focus, with the ability to empathize with business customers and understand their needs and challenges. Experience in UX/UI principles can be advantageous to ensure the product meets user expectations
  • Familiarity with agile and lean product development methodologies, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to effectively manage various external partners and vendors, alongside with commercial discussions to ensure our business needs are met

This senior role requires a blend of business acumen, technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and excellent interpersonal skills to manage a product that meets the needs of business clients effectively.
