Job Scope
· According to company's business strategic development plan, conduct research and planning on overseas markets, industries, competition, and segmented business. This forms the planning foundation for the company's overall strategy.
· Based on the requirements of the company's business development strategy, research market trends in specific overseas regions and areas. According to the needs of regional business development, conduct specialized market research, customer studies, and operational research, forming insightful and advisory proposals for the regional and area markets.
· To meet the needs of the company's regional and area business expansion, as well as the requirements of overseas operations managers, to carry out business development (BD) work for strategic business resources. This includes the selection, expansion, contact coordination, and maintenance of resources such as customers, products, technology, sales, and ecosystem partners, as well as the establishment and development of strategic relationships.
· In response to specific business development and operational themes as required by the General Manager, undertake relevant research, and propose solutions.
· According to the strategic management deployment of the Strategic Centre, collaborate to support the advancement of related company-level business initiatives and the implementation of company-level strategic activities.
Job Requirements
· Degree and above in business and related field, MBA is preferred.
· Over 5 years of working experience in strategic analysis, market analysis, business planning, etc.
· Experience market research and analysis planning are required. Having work experience in a management consulting company is a plus.
· Ability to establish and expand business connections, communicate with commercial resources, and undertake strategic business resource expansion in areas such as clients, products, technology, sales, and ecosystem partners for the company.
· Fluent in English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese associate.
