Position Summary: We are on the lookout for a dynamic Full Stack Engineer to spearhead the development of our new Teleskop app, a groundbreaking platform designed to transform the way users interact with financial data. You will play a crucial role in laying the technical foundation for this ambitious project.
Responsibilities & Technical Expertise:
- Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of the app end-to-end using modern programming languages and frameworks such TypeScript, Python, Go, NodeJS, Angular and/or React etc.
- Design and manage large-scale structured and semi-structured datasets using Relational and NoSQL database management tools.
- Design microservices-based applications, leveraging serverless technologies on AWS or Azure cloud platforms using AWS Lambda, Docker and Kubernetes etc.
- Experience in industry regulations and technical standards for security assessment of infrastructure. Ability to implement security policies and procedures for ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS) and other standards.
Engineering Practices:
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control tools like Git.
- Regular code reviews and improve coding standards and processes.
- Develop and maintain automated testing with frameworks such as Selenium or Playwright etc. to ensure the quality and reliability
- Establish and manage Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Github Actions or CircleCI for efficient and reliable software delivery
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaaC) using tools like AWS CDK or Terraform and monitor using appropriate APM tools.
- Uphold high standards of code quality and maintainability.
Collaboration and Leadership:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with our company goals.
- Work closely with product managers and designers to bring innovative features to life, enhancing the user experience under the guidance of technology leadership
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing technical challenges.
- Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to complex challenges.
Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and machine learning and data science best practices.
- Encourage a culture of continuous learning within the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
