Responsibilities
· Prepare site documents
· Coordinate all activities related to the document control procedure including technical documents and drawings.
· Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date
· Generate the various document control reports required
· Ensure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to appropriate parties
· Manage immediate distribution to relevant parties upon direction from Project/Technical Managers
Requirements
· Recognised Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration
· Min 5 or more years of relevant working experience in similar position in a construction industry environment
· Committed, meticulous and a good team player
· Pleasant and mature personality
· Able to work independently within tight timelines
· Able to use basic office software, ex. MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat
· Preferably familiar with Web-based Project Management Information System (PMIS)
