Sales Admin
Working Hour: Monday – Friday: 8am – 5pm
Gross Salary: $2,000 - $2,300
Working Location: Boon Lay
Job Descriptions:
1.Managing of Imported goods from Japan, Indonesia, and China
- Maintaining & updating of stock inventory regularly
- Reordering stock forecast proposal; including new products
- Issuance of PO; including updating items list in system
- Updating of expiry dates of stock to sales team regularly
- Assisting in ingredient checking & ingredient list preparation to R&D team.
- A&P rebate monthly submission
2.Local Items production planning & inventory control
- Maintaining & updating of stock inventory regularly
- Reordering stock forecast proposal; including new products
- Issuance of PO; including updating items list in system
- Updating of expiry dates of stock to sales team regularly
- Preparing monthly disposal report
3.Assist in credit control updates
- Weekly updates and informing Key Account to follow up with customer based on Statements of accounts
4.Other Sales Admin matters
- Trade preferences applications and updates when required
- Sticker label ordering when required
- New items code creation for new products when required
- Trade agreement journal creation or updates when required
- Releasing of local inventory into 365 system when required
- Assisting with Local deliveries arrangement when required
- Helping in Shop operations when required
- Following up and handling of Customers enquiries, feedbacks & Complaints when required
- Other ad-hoc admin duties as delegated by manager
