We are looking for someone to be in charge of the end-to-end financial processes and systems of Grain. You will run the department with a view to building a strong in-house team under your leadership. Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate monthly closing to track company performance.
- Operate day-to-day finance operations.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure integrity of reporting and compliance with regulations.
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations.
- Provide support on strategic initiatives and decision-making processes.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer delight while collecting payments.
- Ensure payments are made to suppliers in an accurate and timely manner.
- Work closely with the procurement team to ensure the legitimacy and accuracy of invoices.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.

- Proficient in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and reporting requirements.
