· Generate Sales Order, Purchase Order & Purchase Requisition for Project
· Manage collection for purchased items or ordered services
· Notification to company insurance agent for coverage of any awarded jobs
· Update Procurement and Sales Support Status report for Cryogenic Services
· Manage consumables inventories for Project team
· Filling and documentation according to ISO standard
· Assist Project team in filing of project reports
· Internal Auditor for Cryogenic’s ISO29000
· Back-up for Yvonne’s duties when is on vacation leave or medical leave
