As a sales/account manager for an airport transfer and limousine company, your scope of work would typically include the following responsibilities:


1. Sales and Business Development:

- Identifying and targeting potential clients and markets for airport transfer and limousine services.

- Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.

- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, travel agencies, hotels, and other relevant stakeholders.

- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.

- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.


2. Account Management:

- Managing and nurturing existing client accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

- Proactively addressing client needs and concerns, resolving any issues that may arise.

- Upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.

- Monitoring client performance and identifying areas for improvement.

- Providing regular reports and updates to management on account activities and performance.


3. Contract Negotiation and Management:

- Negotiating and finalizing contracts and agreements with clients.

- Ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions.

- Renewing contracts and negotiating pricing and terms for contract extensions.

- Managing any changes or amendments to existing contracts.


4. Operational Coordination:

- Collaborating with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of airport transfer and limousine services.

- Coordinating with drivers, dispatchers, and other relevant staff to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

- Addressing any operational issues or challenges that may affect client satisfaction.

- Monitoring service quality and implementing improvements as necessary.


5. Reporting and Analysis:

- Tracking and analyzing sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.

- Preparing regular reports and presentations on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.

- Identifying opportunities for growth and improvement based on data analysis.

- Providing recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.
