Responsibilities
- Managing recruitment activities including job posting and preparation of employment letters
- Process application for student pass/ employment pass
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondences of business
- Schedule and confirm appointments and business meetings
- Assist in bank opening for migrating clients
- Manage corporate secretarial duties including preparation for corporate secretarial matters for clients
- Maintain and update contracts and corporate secretarial records
- Incorporation or registration of new Companies
- Provide full spectrum of HR and administrative support.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of working experience in the admin and secretarial related field is required.
- Priority to those with experience in EP/DP/STP application and/or experience working in secretarial firms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to speak and write English & Chinese in order to communicate with Chinese customers
- Able to start work in short notice period
