Admin Secretary

Responsibilities

  • Managing recruitment activities including job posting and preparation of employment letters
  • Process application for student pass/ employment pass
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondences of business
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and business meetings
  • Assist in bank opening for migrating clients
  • Manage corporate secretarial duties including preparation for corporate secretarial matters for clients
  • Maintain and update contracts and corporate secretarial records
  • Incorporation or registration of new Companies
  • Provide full spectrum of HR and administrative support.

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of working experience in the admin and secretarial related field is required.
  • Priority to those with experience in EP/DP/STP application and/or experience working in secretarial firms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to speak and write English & Chinese in order to communicate with Chinese customers
  • Able to start work in short notice period
  • Singaporean & PR only
