Job Description:
- Deliver financial support to the GTAP business through effective and supportive communication and the development of relevant reports supporting the monthly MX forecasts and annual STAMP budget.
- Business Partnering across 12 markets with the GTAP e-Commerce Segment Leader to drive and grow Web segment and support strategic initiatives like Gaming as a Service, 3PO and One Lenovo
- Systems and Transformation
- Assist CFO and Country Finance managers with any systems implementation (SAP 4HANA), Data management (Sharepoint / Office 365), SDMS and other projects as required.
- Assist the GTAP business through a growth period ensuring that relevant financial controls are in place.
Job Requirements:
- Reporting and Business Partnering
- Accurate reporting of financials for the GTAP eCommerce business across Consumer and SMB.
- Ensure MX forecast/ budget submission are executed as per the Finance calendar for the respective segments. ยท
- BPC load review, analysis and checking (Budget / Forecast / Actuals).
- Support/Coordinate and prepare with the Segment Leadership teams, GTAP CFO and MBR Business reviews.
- Monthly financial close and financial reporting for respective segments
- Volume, revenue, gross profit (by sub-segment and product category)
- BMC and Gross Profit
- Closing P&L tracking, analysis and reporting, investigation.
- Reporting, forecasting and analysis of financial performance including revenue (P&Q), GTN and BMC cost drivers at the market segment level
- Analysing impact of FX hedging, freight and Cost Credits
- Support the Quarterly financial target-setting, at the market segment level, including sales quotas.
- Full end to end P&L management and controllership of respective segment businesses including Loyalty programs, 3PO, Treasury and Expenses (direct and indirect).
- Support Sales Operations to review and analyse the weekly BPT load with financial impact on Load, Ship and RTG.
- Regular Segment interlocks and reviews with AP.
- Provide Segment lead with financial support for ad hoc request such as Deep dives and AP comeback calls.

- Total work experience of 10+ yrs. At least 5 yrs of management experience in Finance, preferably in Financial Planning & Analysis Role.
