1) To support customer site for TP probe card on the following:
- Knowledge on prober hands on to do probe card reshaping
- Pin replacement
- All vertical repair processes like lapping/washing/baking etc
2) Liaise with HQ Italy for any issues / new procedures etc
3) Work with HQ planners for the scheduled lead time, repairs etc
4) Report / trackers update for internal and customer
5) Support other sites if necessary
6) Any other ad-hoc duties if required
