Salesforce Tech Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Salesforce Tech Lead with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, driving the implementation of Salesforce solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership
   • Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
     • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring the overall success of the development project

Salesforce Development

• Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Technical Architecture
• Define and implement scalable and maintainable Salesforce architecture solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and best practices for Salesforce development.

• Project Management
• Manage and oversee the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• 
  
• Quality Assurance
• Conduct code reviews and implement best practices to ensure the quality and security of Salesforce solutions.
  • Perform testing and debugging of applications to resolve issues and optimize performance.

• Documentation
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for Salesforce solutions, including design documents, release notes, and user guides.

1. Stakeholder Communication
   • Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provide regular updates on project progress.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
• Proven experience in leading and managing Salesforce development teams.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce integrations.
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
• Solid experience in project management, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Salesforce certifications such as Certified Platform Developer II and Certified Technical Architect (CTA) are highly desirable.
