The Maintenance Technician will carry out all planned and unplanned maintenance activities across mechanical & electrical equipment to ensure minimal disruption to the manufacturing process.
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute responsive, preventative and predictive maintenance requirements to all machines/equipment in the Well screen Technologies facility to ensure maximum production levels.
- To perform day to day activities in accordance with the planned maintenance program.
- Carry out daily inspections of all the Well screen Technologies ancillary equipment.
- Maintaining all High and Ultra High Pressure pumps, water chillers, booster pumps, water treatment, slotting machines, weave and plate machines, laser and abrasive removal system as per the maintenance schedule or as required.
- Carrying out upgrades to equipment as and when planned in accordance with safe working practice.
Job Requirement:
- Comfortable working at night/ running night shift during peak season/ as & when required due to critical issues
- working 5 days/ week + OT Comfortable working at Penjuru Pl, Jurong East.
- Min 2 years of experience with manufacturing & maintenance background
- Strong mechanical knowledge in pumps, motors, centrifugal, and double diaphragm pumps.
- Basic electrical & electronic knowledge & experience Willingness in supporting facility maintenance around 5-10% basis.
